How to start
If you’re interested in ABA therapy, we’d love to hear from you! Give us a call, and we can walk you through everything you’ll need to get started, especially if you’re planning to use insurance (like preauthorization’s, a doctor’s referral, and more).

It’s time to get to know you better! Completing the intake paperwork will help us gather the personal information we need to decide which assessments are the best fit for the next phase, the interview and observation.

Collaborating to create a treatment plan and scheduling sessions
Based on the results of the interview and assessment, we’ll work closely with you and your family to create a personalized treatment plan. The plan will address your concerns, align with your family’s needs, and incorporate the BCBA’s goals. We’ll also discuss the recommended number of therapy hours per week to ensure the plan is both effective and manageable for everyone involved.
Next, we’ll take the time to observe and listen! Together, we’ll discuss your concerns and conduct an observation to identify the behaviors and skills that could benefit from focused support during therapy.
Interview and Observation
Started..Now What?
Direct therapy is when the BCBA or RBT works directly with you or your loved one to provide hands-on support. Using evidence-based tools and strategies, we’ll focus on building daily living skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and teaching naturally through everyday activities. We’re here to make progress feel natural and achievable!
Direct Therapy
Generalization and maintenance
Generalization and maintenance are all about making sure the skills learned in therapy are used in everyday life. Parent training is a big part of this, helping you feel confident using the same tools at home. We’ll also have sessions in different settings to encourage these skills to carry over across environments. Maintenance is about making sure those skills stick and continue to work even after therapy ends, setting you or your loved one up for long-term success!
You’ll know therapy is complete when you, your family, and the BCBA agree that all treatment goals have been successfully met and the skills are being used naturally across different settings over time. This means you’re ready to move forward with confidence and success!
